Notice about shipping prices: We have tried our best to configure the shopping cart shipping calculator to the correct fees, but occasionally we can ship via another means to save you money. If your shipping price appears excessive you may email us about your purchase. We normally send a partial refund after shipment if the shopping cart has charged in excess of the exact shipping and handling costs, or if we were able to ship to you using a less expensive means. We do this automatically, but you are welcome to email us. Your invoice is inside your package and will show the amount of shipping you were charged, but if you check your credit card statement or PayPal account, you will see any partial refunds we were able to send you.
Notice about shipping outside of Continental USA:
The PayPal shopping cart shipping fees are configured for the United States and some of the countries we most frequently ship to. If you are ordering from overseas, please email us for the exact cost of your package and we will send you an invoice for that amount or tell you whether you can just order through the website as normal. We have updated our shipping calculator to include Canada, Australia, Great Britain so that those countries can order directly from the website.
Delivery Times:
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of customized albums. Usually we can ship sooner than this, but depending on our schedule, and any custom embroidery you may need, the wait time may be longer. Please call us if you have any questions about our current work load. Also, always expect long delays at Christmas or Graduation times, as these our busiest seasons.
Some special order items, such as our oversize scrapbooks are very often on back order. When they are on long back order we remove the purchase button from the site and place it back on when we have them in stock. If you must place your order when they are on back order we take those orders over the phone and explain that the delay may be lengthy.
After your package has been shipped, you should receive an automatic email with the tracking number, so please watch your spam filter in case it is sent there...which happens a lot.

Return and Refund Policy:
If a non-customized item you ordered is not what you needed, we can refund your purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee and the shipping fee, as long as it is returned in the original condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please send us an email first. If we have sent you the wrong items due to our error, of course there is no restocking fee and we will exchange it for no extra shipping fees after we receive the wrong items back.
We do not accept back customized albums unless they are defective. Please email us about the problem before shipping your album back. If we have made a mistake, or it was damaged in shipping, we will replace it if possible. There is no refund on albums that have embroidery done if the error is not ours. We usually send a "proof" photo of any embroidery work we are planning so you can check spelling, fonts, layout before we stitch. If we made a mistake in spelling, we will of course fix it.
