NOTE:  The prints # G-5 is an extra large print and will fill up the whole cover of our largest albums. There is plenty of space on this cover for embroidery of your safari trip and date!

To Mail in your Order for a Large Safari Print Album or Scrapbook

For Mailing in your order please click  here. Print out and fill in the form and send in your payment with a check or money order to the address on the form. Please be sure to list your alternate fabric because Instant Payments receive priority if the fabrics run out before we receive your payment. Add $45 for one line of embroidery, $5 for each line after.  $10 for accent patch, $20 for Africa Map.  Check spelling. Please add $15.50 for shipping.
